Products and prices. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately; colors may vary slightly by screen.

Orders. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or we suspect fraud.

Shipping. We currently ship to the United States only. Orders ship from our partner suppliers; delivery usually takes 7-15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping & Returns page.

Refunds and replacements. We offer a refund or replacement only if an item arrives damaged or defective, you receive the wrong item, or your order never arrives, if you contact us within 7 days of delivery (or of the latest estimated delivery date). Payments. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

Governing law. These terms are governed by applicable law of the buyer's state of residence where required by consumer-protection law.
