SHIPPING POLICY
All orders ship from our partner suppliers. Delivery to the United States usually takes 7-15 business days after your order is processed, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays or customs.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
We offer a refund or a replacement only if your item arrives damaged or defective, if you receive the wrong item, or if your order never arrives. To request one, email us at contato@vitrineiadigital.cloud within 7 days of delivery (or of the latest estimated delivery date, if your order never arrived) with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Other than in these cases, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
